FIRE LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS DESIGN

Our staff of certified NICET Level IV designers are capable and experienced to design fire and life safety systems. We specialize in fire alarm, voice evacuation / mass notification, smoke control, and air aspirating detection systems. We excel in contractor coordination to ensure systems are installed and tested to streamline for AHJ acceptance.

LOW VOLTAGE INTEGRATION

We are specialist in developing processes to integrate mechanical equipment and smoke control systems. Commercial kitchen controls and fire suppression, air sampling and gas detection systems. We are also experienced to integrate lighting controls, theatrical and show lighting. Additionally, we are experienced in design and project customization of Security, CCTV, Card Access, Automatic Entry, and Hotel Guestroom Automation Systems.

MEPFP & LIFE SAFETY SYSTEM CONSULTING

At M8trix we specialize in design review and development of task planning for system installation, energization, startup and pre-commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems. We are highly skilled at problem solving for code required stairwell and smoke control air balance, heating hot water distribution, building systems automation and mechanical conditioning. We excel in coordination with project contractors to spearhead city inspections, life safety and 3rd party testing for green building, energy conservation, and Title 24 compliance.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

We take pride in assisting our clients in meeting their project goals. Our CM services includes one on one coordination with builders and sub-contractors to ensure project success. We align with the project design team to answer RFI's, respond to submittals, develop contract change directives with emphasis in streamlining efficiency and productivity. We also work directly with project schedulers to align construction activities with MEPFP requirements to TCO your project as quickly as possible.

M8trix is owned by Ignacio and Amanda Gutierrez who manage and coordinate with a staff of associates that include Professional Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and Civil Engineers as well as NICET / RCDD technicians.

We specialize in design, analysis and consulting of MEP, Fire Protection, Telecommunications and Integrated Low Voltage systems as well as construction management. We are capable and experienced to design any type of fire protection system utilizing International Building and NFPA Codes and Standards. Our experience in MEP and Life Safety Systems allows us to streamline installation, scheduling, trade coordination, testing and commissioning to ensure successful project completion. We excel in representing stake holders for communication with AHJ’s to develop a complete road map for building certificate of occupancy.
